A fun and festive afternoon, jam-packed with circus acts, street theatre, entertainment and treats for all ages

On Saturday afternoon, head to the Parvis Saint-Jean-Baptiste or the playground of the Royal Atheneum Toots Thielemans for MolenCirk, a fun and festive afternoon filled with contemporary circus acts, street theatre, entertainment and treats. With a varied lineup of performances, circus initiations and a host of other activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

14:00 - "Tourne moi" by Collectif 4X4
Four circus performers and one 3,59-metre wheel show you don’t need a motor to make the streets tremble.

Three performers risk their "seven lives" in as many trapeze acts, using 25 costumes, a voice-over and a stage technician with a bad case of pyromania.

"Percussie en straatoptredens" van SALAMBA
Salamba is een vrolijke groep percussionisten die in de urban jungle van Brussel woont en speelt.
Onder leiding van Sara Moonen gaan ze op muzikale verkenning en versmelten ze ritmes van over de hele wereld tot een frisse en meeslepende sound.

• Initiations and workshops by the Brussels Circus School:

- "Little Circus" course for kids aged 1 to 5 who want to take their first steps in the world of the circus.

- Workshop "The Wheel" for children aged 10 and above who want to get started with the Circus School's giant wheel.
